Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your lawn bowls-themed goodies as much as we loved designing them! Because each item is made to order just for you, our refunds and exchange policy works a little differently than traditional retail.
Made-to-Order Products
All of our products — including t-shirts, mugs, and stubbie coolers — are custom printed on demand. This means we don’t hold stock, and your item is created especially for you after you place your order.
For this reason, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

Incorrect size or colour choice

Spelling or design errors in custom text submitted by the customer
To help you order confidently, we provide clear sizing guides and mock-ups wherever possible — so please double-check your selections before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or with a printing error, we’ll absolutely make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with the following:

Clear photos showing the problem
We’ll either replace the item or issue a full refund — depending on the situation and your preference.

Return Shipping
In cases where a return is required (e.g. you received the wrong item), we will provide return instructions and cover the return shipping costs.
Returns for any other reason will not be accepted without prior contact and approval from our team.
